Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating original designs and collaborating with the team to bring innovative concepts to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new clothing designs that align with current fashion trends
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and concepts
- Utilize software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD to create technical sketches
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to production
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and trends
- Work closely with manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs

Experience:
- 5 years of proven experience in fashion design, preferably in garment construction and fashion styling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of fashion retail and the ability to create designs that sell
- Knowledge of theater or costume design is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
